The AccuTRANS mobile application is an internal business tool. To support project, job, and field operations, the app collects and transmits the following categories of data from a user’s device to AccuTRANS’ own secured servers:

Account & Identification Data

• Username, email address, and credentials used to authenticate to the app.
• Employee, contractor, or crew identifier used to associate activity with the correct user.

Job, Project, and Field Data

• Job and project assignments, work orders, timestamps, and status updates entered by the user.
• Field reports, observations, measurements, checklist responses, and other work-related entries.
• Photographs, scanned documents, signatures, and any other files the user attaches to a job or project record.
• Notes and comments associated with a job, vessel, site, or assignment.

Device & Technical Data

• Basic device information (device type, operating system version, app version) used solely for support, diagnostics, and compatibility.
• Crash and error logs generated by the app to help us identify and fix issues.

How This Data Is Used

Data collected by the mobile application is used exclusively for the following internal business purposes:

• Authenticating users and authorizing access to assigned jobs and projects.

Data Transmission & Storage

Data entered into the mobile application is transmitted from the user’s device to AccuTRANS’ own secured servers over encrypted connections (SSL/HTTPS). Data is stored in AccuTRANS’ internal systems and retained for as long as required to support business operations and to meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.

No Data Sharing with Third Parties

AccuTRANS does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share mobile application data with any third party. Data collected through the app is used solely by AccuTRANS for internal business purposes. The mobile application does not contain advertising, advertising identifiers, third-party advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics services that share user data externally.

Access by Personnel

Mobile application data may be accessed only by authorized AccuTRANS personnel (such as system administrators, supervisors, project managers, and accounting staff) who require access to perform their job duties.

User Rights & Account Deletion

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal account information by contacting AccuTRANS. Certain business records associated with completed jobs and projects may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business recordkeeping purposes even after an account is deleted.
